Note to International CustomersIMPORTANT NOTE: International regulations, and stipulations for international companies have been making it harder, more expensive, and more complex, to import and export components needed for final assembly of products. Within the last two years US government fees have more then tripled the cost of end components and operations. As a result, Mission Ignition Systems Ltd. continues to support American jobs by purchasing american produced electronics, and boards from the united states. All tech support, orders, customer support, and warranty work, will remain at our US address. Final assembly and shipment of 80% our products will be done from Canada where product casts and assembly are completed. Government regulations and fees have substantially increased end costs of the product, and in order to stay competitive while retaining product quality, our final assembly process has been forced to move 80% to Canada from Michigan. The result is that we do not have to raise product costs for our customers. 20 percent of our products may still be produced and/or shipped from the USA, but as a result, next day shipment service for many products may not be available. Two shipping options from Canada. USPS The USPS option will initially ship using Canada Post, but final delivery will be via USPS. Brokerage and duties are minimized during shipment using government shipping. Meaning there are typically no hidden fees with delivery. UPS UPS shipment option will ship initially using Purolator, which is a subsidiary of UPS, and final delivery will be made with UPS. Brokerage and duty fees are typically amended to the cost of shipping, and charged to the receiver directly. UPS has a tendency to charge brokerage fees for delivery of the product on international shipments, which Mission Ignition Systems Ltd. is not responsible for.

Shipping charges, brokerage and duties, are the responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable.
All returns and warranty work operations happen within the USA.
Products subject to a 25% restocking fee upon inspection of product.
Products MUST have the original packaging and be in like new condition when returned.
Used products showing signs of wear or improper installation will not be refunded.
Products found defective will be replaced with the equivalent item only.
